This Privacy Policy describes how Hotelspine Kesov s.r.o., operating hotel services under the Aquasolis Spa Hotel Poľný Kesov brand, collects, uses, consults, or otherwise processes your personal data.

SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Hotelspine Kesov s.r.o. processes your personal data obtained within the framework of the supplier-customer relationship between you, as the customer, and Hotelspine Kesov s.r.o., as the service provider. We may share your personal data with external service providers involved in the delivery of hotel services, such as concierge services, spa treatments or food delivery services. PERIOD FOR WHICH CONSENT IS GRANTED
a) Online shop orders
For the duration of validity, and no later than 15 months from the date of issue.
b) Restaurant/bar reservations and other bookings
From the date the reservation is entered into the system until the reservation is completed.
c) Newsletters
For an indefinite period until the customer unsubscribes from the mailing list (each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link).
VOLUNTARY CONSENT AND WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
Providing consent to the processing of personal data is entirely voluntary and is not a condition for the continued fulfilment of obligations by Hotelspine Kesov s.r.o. within the business relationship.
